Travel as you like – you get travel insurance automatically when signing up to the Premier service for your family or partner, whether you travel together or separately. The insurance limits are above standard – up to CZK 50 million for medical expenses and up to CZK 6 million crowns for liability. The insurance covers tracking and alpine hiking up to 5,000 m above sea level, yachting to any distance from the coast and diving to a depth of 40 m. The insurance will automatically cover treatment and other expenses related to covid-19, including costs associated with unexpected quarantine. We will reimburse 80% of documented extra costs up to a maximum of CZK 30,000 per person. Travel service cancellation insurance for your family with a limit of CZK 30,000 per person will also contribute to the comfort of your travel planning.

Visa Assistance is prepared to allocate 30 minutes to each request on business days from 9 am to 6 pm at +420 771 111 100. You can submit your request via telephone or by using WhatsApp. 

Do you need to consult about your medical condition or those of up to four minor children at any time? Are you seeking a second professional opinion on a specific health issue? The Doctor on the Phone service operates 24 hours a day, all year round, including public holidays. The communication is encrypted and thus entirely secure. With the Visa Infinite payment card, you can submit three requests free of charge per month, with a guaranteed call with the physician within 30 minutes of submitting a request.

The service can help you with the following:

• Consultation on your health and symptoms
• Sending an eRecept prescription, valid in pharmacies in the EU, minutes after completing the session
• Making an appointment with a physician; obtaining a full medical report, second medical opinion
• If your state of health so requires, we will arrange specialist consultations in a matter of days (internal medicine, cardiology, ORL, neurology, gastroenterology, etc).

Contacting the doctor

You can use the Doctor on the Phone service through a website meddiapp or a secure mobile application (App Store or Google Play). Once your registration is complete, you can submit your request for advice and then wait for a call with the physician.

You will not be surprised by the sudden immobilisation of the car as a result of an accident or by any of the common failures, tyre defect, a locked key. Auto Assistance is non-stop available to you and your partner all over the Czech Republic, European Union and selected countries.

A service for bicycle and electric bike aficionados to help you address any bike defect that occurs along your route. Just call and we will undertake an on-the-spot repair anywhere in the Czech Republic as long as the cost does not exceed CZK 4,000. If your bike is unusable, we will transport it to a service centre, the place of your accommodation, or bike rental office up to a distance of 50 km.
