George Internet Banking offers many traditional and new features to make your life easier.
Mobile Bank
This banking app for your smart phone will help you perform all regular banking operations. Pay a bill or invoice by taking just one photo, or find the nearest branch or ATM. The app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. For iOS 6 and higher or Android 2.3 and higher.
Telebanking Telephone Banking
You can manage your finances remotely by telephone on 956 777 956. A banker will be on the other end of the line to help you carry out most operations on your account. This will come in handy when you only have a phone with you, if you are performing a transaction for the first time, or if you just like doing your banking through telebanking.
Busy Banking
We are offering Erste Premier clients a unique opportunity: delegation of financial transactions. Call your Premier banker and tell them what you need done. They will prepare the transaction for you, so all you will then have to do is sign off on it on internet banking.
Erste Premier Line
If your Erste Premier Banker is not available (they also go on holiday sometimes), don’t worry: you’ll still be in good hands. While your banker is away, their phone will be forwarded to other Premier bankers, who will be pleased to help you with anything you need from the bank.
Bank IDentity
We know that your time is valuable, so we want to save it as much as possible. Thanks to your Bank IDentity, an easy and secure way to log in and verify your identity at offices and online service providers, you can handle a lot of things from the comfort of your home. These include filling a tax return, withdrawing a Covid-19 certificate, applying for a new driver's license or setting up a data box, etc.

monthly income (your wage or income from your business paid to your Premier Personal Account) of at least CZK 70,000 has to be observed concurrently with savings, investments and loans with the Česka spořitelna Financial Group in the amount of CZK 250,000 or;
have savings and investments with the Česka spořitelna Financial Group exceed CZK 2,500,000 or;
have savings, investments and loans with the Česka spořitelna Financial Group of at least CZK 4,000,000.*
*The Bank reserves the right to decide upon the provision of the Erste Premier Service. The Erste Premier is only available as personal banking service not for the businesses. Meeting the above criteria does not automatically entitle a person to become a Client of Erste Premier. The Client and the Bank may terminate the Erste Premier Service without reason or by mutual agreement.
