With effect from 1 January 2019, we have changed the provider of services associated with using airport lounges. We discontinued Priority Pass and now we work with LoungeKey. You can newly use lounges free of charge six times in a calendar year and we will pay 50% of the cost for your subsequent admissions.
How to use airport lounges:
- When entering a lounge, please inform the staff that you are using the LoungeKey service.
- Present any payment card with the Erste Premier logo and your flight documents: your air ticket or boarding pass.
- For identification when entering a lounge, you can also use your Digi Card that you can get easily after downloading the LoungeKey application to your smart phone.
Benefits of the LoungeKey mobile application
Aside from the Digi Card, which you can also use for identification when entering airport lounges, the LoungeKey mobile application will allow you to get all the relevant information about lounges easily. You can look up the facilities and services offered by a particular lounge, its opening hours and the shortest route to get there - the application includes an indoor airport navigation aid.
Registering your payment card
- First, download the LoungeKey mobile application to your smart phone.
- Enter your payment card data (you can use any of your payment cards bearing the Erste Premier logo).
- Please do not use diacritical marks when filling in your personal information.
- To verify your card, a pre-authorisation charge of USD 1 (Mastercard) or 3.25 (Visa) will be placed take place on your card account during registration. The pre-auth will automatically expire a few days later.

In the near future, you will receive information about your admissions to lounges in the form of transactions listed on your current account.
